Should attorney fees and court costs become necessary all costs will be passed on, which is approximately 50% to 55% of the total cost.

Example: $350 Non-payment + $25 late charge + $162.50 + 2% per month = $550 Dollars (approx)

Fees of 2% per month after 30 days will be added to the total cost of the invoice or the max allowed by law.

No Shows:

We charge $100 dollars for a no show appointments

Cancellations after inspection:

We charge $150 dollars for a cancellation after inspection
