My reliable source - A foreclosure attorney for large banks says massive amounts of foreclosures are coming in Maryland.
Maybe as many as 1,000,000 homes in the next year. This will increase the foreclosure properties 500x to 100x.
And it is coming real soon to a county near you. The foreclosure are starting again. She told me that one of her banks are sitting on 35,000 that will be coming in the next year. Times that by 20 banks and you could end up with a back log of 800,000 homes. Plus, what will be coming this year.
